Registering at Simmons Middle School

Parents,

On-site registration will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016. If you have not already completed Online Registration, your child may not have a complete schedule. All parents should have received a "snapcode" email from InfoSnap. If you did not receive this email, you may have an expired lease. Please call the school, 439-2120 and speak to Mrs. Brooks for snapcode information. Computers are available at Hoover Library to complete Online Registration and print the Online Acknowledgement Form. All school fees may be paid and supply packs ordered online at www.myschoolfees.com beginning July 22, 2016. Beginning this year, supply packs can only be purchased on-line at myschoolfees.com. We will not be able to order extra packs. Please see the registration times below. If you have children in more than one grade, you may register them both at the same time.

9:00 - 11:00......8th grade - ONLY those who have registered on-line and have
submitted their acknowledgement form.

11:00 - 12:00...... Lunch break for volunteers.....School will be closed.

12:00 - 2:00........7th grade - ONLY those who have registered on-line and have
submitted their acknowledgement form.

2:00 - 4:00........6th grade - ONLY those who have registered on-line and have
submitted their acknowledgement form.

4:00 - 6:00........Any student who has not registered OR needs to complete on-line registration.

To speed up registration: complete your Online Registration, bring your printed Online Acknowledgement Form and pay fees online (please bring a printed copy of your online payment receipt to registration).
Please reread the previous sentence. Student IDs will be made during the first or second week of school.

3. School pictures will be made Thursday, September 15, 2016.


4. Students may decorate their lockers on Thursday, August 4th or after school on August 11th. Decorations
are not allowed on the outside of lockers. Small magnets are not allowed on inside door of locker.

Reminder: Make-Up Registration will be held Monday, August 8th from 3:00 - 5:00.
